ICCVAM is an interagency committee composed of representatives from the U.S. Federal regulatory and research agencies listed below. These agencies require, use, generate, or disseminate toxicological and safety testing information for chemicals, products, and other substances. NICEATM and ICCVAM work closely with these agencies in the development and evaluation of new, improved, and alternative test methods and strategies. NICEATM and ICCVAM depend upon the Federal agencies for development and support of all ICCVAM activities.

The 2008-2012 NICEATM-ICCVAM Five-Year Plan stated that ICCVAM member agencies would develop webpages or websites dedicated their specific research, development, translation, and validation activities relevant to alternative test methods. Links below lead to those pages (as available) and to the main pages of ICCVAM member agency websites.
